The 1919 Architects team worked with the Housing Authority of the City of El Paso on the architectural and engineering design for a rehabilitation of the former Edward M. Pooley Apartments. This project consisted of a completed gut rehabilitation, including an elevator modernization, interior and exterior modernization and related site work of the 7 story, 123-unit independent living apartment building that was originally completed in 1975.

Site work included an overall site plan, drainage and storm water management plans, landscaping plans, and exterior lighting plan. Architectural included zoning and code information for permitting, life safety plan, proposed floor and reflected ceiling plans, interior and exterior elevations, door and hardware schedule, wall sections, finish schedule, project specifications, ComCheck or RESCheck Reports, permit administration and plan review follow-up, as well as construction and administration services were provided. MEP included electrical plans and details, plumbing plans and details, mechanical plans and details, and fire protection performance design and specifications.
