The firm completed an addition, renovation and code upgrade to the Landings Yacht, Golf & Tennis Club clubhouse, restaurant and sales building and performed a complete renovation to the Pho Shop, offices, meeting rooms, game rooms and bar area.
The scope of work included: outside upgrades, railing additions, Garden Room expansion, covered dining by the tennis courts, covering over the tennis viewing area, new pavers to match the existing ones, renovations to both the tennis and golf pro-shops and an office addition.
