The firm designed Lincolnshire Place, a forty-unit memory care facility located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This facility has a common core which is better known as the “Main Street”. Within this area there is a movie theater, cafe, salon/barber shops, potting shed, and activity room.

The units are divided into two wings with a spacious walking area. Each wing has a common kitchen area, living room, laundry facility, spa, therapy room and a solarium that leads into a secured courtyard. This is the second generation of the Owners plans.

More skylights have been incorporated along with a revised town hall theme to better reflect the age of the residents. A clear story of natural light was added to the Main Street Hall.
