Morning Star Village is a three-story 75-unit assisted living apartment building complete with a commercial kitchen that provides three meals a day. The building, featuring a canopied entrance that crosses over a small creek, is a mixture of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments that come equipped with a kitchenette, full bath, wall-to-wall carpeting, and an emergency call button.
The ground floor offers multiple amenities including an arts and crafts room, gift shop, salon, living room, and the full-service kitchen/dining room, along with the reception and administration offices, meeting rooms, nurses’ office, doctor’s office, an exam room, and locker room. The second floor has a community exercise room and a computer lab. The third floor provides a Chapel and a computer lab.
