The firm completed 65,700 square feet of additions and renovations including new classrooms, offices, cafeterias, a new gymnasium, science and art labs and offices. The existing mechanical and electrical systems were renovated to update them to “new” condition at a fraction of the cost of replacement. Working with committees composed of staff, students, administration and the community, the firm was able to put together a referendum package for $7.3 million that passed by more than 65%.
