The firm provided architectural design and construction observation for a two-story, 25,000 square foot addition to the current Rockford Rescue Mission. This expansion provides a 120-bed addition that houses a 60 bed, long-term life recovery program on the second floor. The 24/7 emergency shelter on the ground floor houses 60 beds.

The ground floor of Pitney Place also houses a bright, colorful area for children to enjoy during their stay. This area includes tables, chairs, books, and a child-size toilet in an adjoining bathroom. The firm also designed a new facade for the entire building.
