The firm completed a renovation to the Villages of Country Creek, located in Estero, Florida. The work included a complete remodel of the Clubhouse, Golf Pro Shop, and dining area. We also completely renovated the front entrance including a redesign of the stairs and handrails to meet ADA accessibility codes.
The bar/lounge area was enlarged, as was the kitchen. The fitness room was also enlarged, and outside windows were added to give natural light to the space. A conference/meeting room was expanded and converted into a multi-purpose room with expandable doors to accommodate different sized groups and multiple groups simultaneously.
