Joshua Arms of LSSI is a multi-story apartment building and Supportive Living Facility. The residents of the facility consist of independent living seniors. As a senior living facility, the contractors are to be aware that the well-being of the Joshua Arms of LSSI residents is of primary concern with respect to the work performed and products used. Joshua Arms of LSSI is tax exempt. Project is replacement of the leaking cast iron sanitary sewer waste lines above the ceilings on the ground floor of the building and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
