Greenbrier Apartments is a 1 story apartment building with a 2-story portion that has a basement. The residents of the facility consist of independent living adults. The multifamily living facility, the contractors, to be aware that the well-being of the Greenbrier Apartments residents is of primary concern with respect to the work performed and products used. Greenbrier Apartments is tax exempt. Project is installing a new concrete stair to the basement from the exterior of the building. New handrails and a gate at the top of the stairs. The concrete foundation wall will need to be cut and a new insulated steel exterior door and hardware to be installed. A drain will be installed at the bottom landing to a sump pit and pump inside the basement ejected to grade. The old basement door and frame need to be removed inside the lower-level unit and the walls to be patched to match the existing and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
